The best place to enjoy the peony is in the Imperial Garden of the Forbidden City, which is located on the central axis of the Forbidden City in Beijing and behind the Kunning Palace. Empress Dowager Cixi planted many peonies in the Imperial Garden and other gardens. When the flowers in the Forbidden City are in full bloom, the peony in the Imperial Garden is in full bloom, which is exactly the sentence "There is a good color in this city, and the heavenly religion will send out flowers in the evening." There are more than 200 peony plants in the garden, which are full of flowers and beautiful.
So far, there are 66 scenic spots. On May 22nd, the National Tourism Administration issued a notice on its official website. After on-site acceptance by the evaluation team appointed by the National Scenic Spot Quality Rating Committee, the National Scenic Spot Quality Rating Committee reviewed and approved, and decided to approve 66 scenic spots such as the Palace Museum in Beijing as national 5A-level scenic spots. After the release of the evaluation, the enthusiasm of all localities was very high. The number of pilot units for the establishment of 5A-level tourist attractions recommended by provincial tourist attractions evaluation agencies to the National Tourism Administration reached 106 within the specified period. In the final evaluation, 66 of them became 5A-level tourist attractions.
