I Liujiaxia Reservoir/Bingling Temple Grottoes
Liujiaxia Reservoir is located in Yongjing County, Linxia Prefecture, 80 kilometers away from Lanzhou, and it takes one and a half hours by car. Bingling Temple goes by boat from Liujiaxia Dam, and it takes six hours for the big boat to go back and forth, and two hours for the speedboat. The ticket for the big boat is 45 yuan/person, and the cost of the speedboat varies. Roughly 110 yuan/person (round trip cost).

1. Join the tour group: Travel agencies in Lanzhou usually send scattered classes to Liujiaxia/Bingling Temple every day during the tourist season. The cost is more than 200 yuan, so you can register one or two days in advance. You can't return on the same day, either leave Lanzhou by train after 10: 00 pm or choose to return the next day.
2. Chartered car: If you are two or three people, chartered car is still very cost-effective, so you can set your own departure time from downtown Lanzhou. If you return by plane or train, you can make it by train or plane after four o'clock in the afternoon.
3. Free travel: You can also take a shuttle bus from Lanzhou West Bus Station to Liujiaxia. The ticket is about one-way for 20 yuan, but you may need to take a taxi to the dam when you arrive in Yongjing County.
Second, Jingtai Yellow River Stone Forest
It is 185 kilometers away from Lanzhou, which is also a highlight around Lanzhou. Now it is also used as the location of a western movie, such as Jackie Chan's movie [Hero] and TV series [Old Persimmon Tree].

In fact, the tourism industry in Gansu Province is not large, and the passenger flow is relatively small. Of course, individual travelers can go every day in Jiayuguan Dunhuang and other places. However, it is very inconvenient for individual travelers to come to Lanzhou for such scenic spots as Jingtai Yellow River Stone Forest, but it is very convenient to rent a car, especially for two or three tourists. The car rental fee is not high, and the time is relatively free, and they will enjoy themselves. The one-day tour fare to Jingtai Yellow River Stone Forest in Lanzhou is about 700 yuan.
Third, Gannan grassland
It is also very convenient to travel to Gannan grassland. It takes only three or four hours to drive from Lanzhou to Xiahe County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. There are herds of cattle and sheep, green grasslands, Labuleng Temple, one of the six patriarch temples of Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism, mysterious langmusi, and Lisa Cafe, which backpackers like ... Rent a car from Xiahe to Sangke Grassland, and the round-trip fare is 30 yuan. You can also ride with Tibetans in Wangfu Square. Others can rent bicycles from Xiahe to Sangcao. Gannan tourism has been sought after by many people who love to travel. It is natural and simple here, and the tourism here has not been commercialized too much.

There are many buses from Lanzhou to Linxia. At Lanzhou South Bus Station, there will be 7 buses to Linxia from 8: 00 to 9: 30 in the morning (the fare is 29.5 yuan). At Lanzhou West Bus Station, there are 19 buses to Linxia from 6: 30 to 12: 30 (the fare is 10.8 yuan). The bus from Linxia to Xiahe runs every 40 minutes on average, and the journey takes about 3 hours. If you leave Lanzhou Bus Station at 7: 30 in the morning, you will finally arrive at Xiahe Station at about 10: 30 in the morning. When you arrive at Xiahe Station, you can reach Labrang Temple in ten minutes' walk, and it takes ten minutes to take a taxi to Sangke Grassland. It is about 30 yuan one way. It is recommended to charter or drive by car. The journey from Lanzhou to Hezuo basically takes about three hours, and the price is about 60 yuan.
Four, Tianshui Maijishan Grottoes
Maijishan Grottoes is an important scenic spot in Maijishan Scenic Area, a national 5A-level tourist attraction, so it is named because the mountain shape resembles the shape of a farmer's wheat pile.
The cave niche of Maijishan Grottoes is carved on a vertical cliff surface with a height of 20-80m and a width of 200m. There are 194 caves and niches, including 54 caves on the East Cliff and 140 caves on the West Cliff. There are more than 7,800 clay sculptures, stone tire clay sculptures and stone carvings. The largest statue, the East Cliff Giant Buddha, is 15.8 meters high and has more than 1,000 square meters of murals.
Maijishan Grottoes is one of the four largest grottoes in China, and is known as the "Oriental Sculpture Hall". The other three grottoes are Longmen Grottoes, Yungang Grottoes and Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes.

Travel agencies in Lanzhou also have individual train tours to Zhangye during the tourist season. The Great Buddha Temple-Danxia landform in Zhangye-Shandan Army Racecourse-Nantaizi Village, Nijiaying Township, Linze County, Gansu Province, 37.7 kilometers from Zhangye-Sunan Highway, the car entered the Linze County gas station and headed for Sunan. There was a sculpture at the intersection, and after entering, it went straight in until it saw an inconspicuous billboard on the left. A local farmer in Leixingyi developed a dirt road to go deep into the scenic spot (the road developed in the county can only be viewed in the distance, but not in the hinterland of the scenic spot). He can take 10 yuan's toll as a guide and consider it as a ticket.
VI. Metallurgical clearance
A national 4A-level forest park hidden in the inland of Gansu Province, with its unique and beautiful scenery, makes you relaxed and happy, and is also known as "the back garden of Lanzhou".
Day 1: Lanzhou took a bus to Yeliguan Natural Scenic Area in Lintan County, Gannan Prefecture. On the way, we visited Yemu Gorge: Upper Gorge and Lower Gorge, visited the national AAAA Forest Park [Huangjianzi Forest Park] and Xiangzigou, and watched [Shili Sleeping Buddha] in the evening. At our own expense, we attended a bonfire party, danced in the pot, enjoyed folk songs, ate roast mutton and drank highland barley wine. Accommodation: The first day of Yeliguan: After breakfast, visit Yehai Tianchi, visit the strange Danxia landform-[Cliff Valley], and return to Lanzhou by bus in the afternoon.
Seven, Tulugou
Located in Liancheng Forest, Yongdeng County, 160 kilometers northwest of Lanzhou City, Tulugou belongs to the eastern foot of Qilian Mountains. It is a natural landscape tourist area with beautiful mountains and waters as the main body, and is known as the "mythical green valley". Tulugou was officially opened to tourists on August 1, 1984, and was approved as a national forest park by the Ministry of Forestry in 1992. In 1997, it was selected as one of the top ten national forest parks, and it has become an ideal destination for forest eco-tourism in Lanzhou.

Method 1: Take a bus from Lanzhou West Bus Station to Yaojie. The fare is about one person in 15 yuan, and then find a local privately operated minibus (there are many, you can take a taxi at the roadside, the price is about 120-150, and you can take seven people) and go directly to Toulugou.
Method 2: Take the bus to Liancheng at Lanzhou West Bus Station, then reverse at Liancheng and go directly to Tulugou.
Eight, Songmingyan
Known as the "Green Pearl on Longshang", "Hometown of Ancient Animal Fossils" and "China Flower Heritage Base"-Hezheng has beautiful scenery here. After arriving in Zhenghe, visit the Museum of Zhenghe Paleontology, which has a wide variety, abundant and well-preserved, rare in the world, and has six of the world's largest paleontological fossils. The next day, visit Songmingyan National Forest Park, a 4A-level scenic spot known as the Kingdom of Green Plants. Here, the Qingfeng Mountain meets the clouds, the Gu Song towering, the four seasons are shrouded in mist, and the water gurgles all year round, making it an excellent place for vacation and health preservation.

Take a bus from Lanzhou South Bus Station to Haozhigou, get off, and a Wuling van will come. After getting on the bus, tell the driver to get off at the fork in the road and take the bus to Diaotan there. On the way, tell the driver to add money to Songmingyan, and then he will arrive. The total fare is no more than 50.
Nine, Guiqingshan, Zhangxian County
Located 72 kilometers south of Zhangxian County, it is the most beautiful natural scenic spot in the Loess Plateau in central Gansu. Now it is a provincial forest park and is known as the "Little Huashan" in central Gansu. Because it stretches for as long as 18 villages, it is called "eighteen villages in Guiqing".
Day 1: Zheyang Mountain goes to Zheyang Mountain by car [about 4 hours], and after lunch, he visits Zheyang Mountain Forest Park (about 3 hours). It is known as the "Little Kongtong" of Minshan Mountain and consists of three scenic spots: Xixi, Dongxi and Yimen Mountain. Zheyang Mountain is dominated by karst landforms, including canyons, Danxia landforms and karst landforms. The inner profile remains, structural remains and fossil remains of the park are very rich, so it is named as "the sunrise is covered by mountains". Stay in Zhangxian County at night.
