Four of us are going to go from Changsha to Beihai go on road trip. What are the strategies?
Beihai is an important port of origin of the ancient Maritime Silk Road and a national historical and cultural city. After arriving in Beihai, you can take a break and start your vacation trip in Beihai.
The first day's trip is mainly in the urban area of Beihai. Beihai Silver Beach is a major attraction that can't be missed. It has delicate silvery white beaches and is an excellent place for swimming in the sea and playing water sports. Beihai Old Street is a century-old street, which is all over the former sites of British, French and German consulates along the street. In the evening, you can visit the Aquarium in Beihai Underwater World, where the exhibition mode and scale are among the best in the country, and there are divers performing diving performances.
The next day's trip was mainly in Weizhou Island, which is the youngest volcanic island in China. The famous scenic spots on the island mainly include "dripping water and dripping screen", "turtle's bow and blue garden", "sesame beach", Shengdan Temple, Catholic church and Tang Xianzu's sea view place, and the buses on the island basically cover all the scenic spots on the island. Seafood, bananas and pitaya are the specialties here, and you can enjoy them yourself when you come to Weizhou Island. After a day's journey, we can stay on the island for the night.
Beihai, as a famous tourist city in Guangxi, is small, but there are many interesting places. From Changsha, Hunan to go on road trip in Beihai, I personally feel that I can stop by several big cities in Guangxi.
First stop, Guilin.
If time is short, you can go directly to Yangshuo and Lipu in Guilin. The scenery in downtown Guilin is average, and the essence is in Yangshuo. Yangshuo can go to three places, and take a boat tour of Lijiang River, mainly from Caoping Township to Yangshuo County. Secondly, visit the West Street, the third tour of Shili Gallery and the tour of Yulong River by bamboo cutting. These two are on the same line, and you can stop by Lipu when you visit Yulong River. Lipu has attractions such as Licha Bay.
The second stop, Liuzhou
Liuzhou has a good night view of the city. You can visit Liujiang at night. Other attractions include Longtan Park and Liuzhou Garden Expo Park. From Lipu to Liuzhou, the expressway has been completed. If you have time, you can go to Liuzhou to play in Jinxiu County, where the scenery is also very good.
Third stop, Beihai
From Liuzhou to Beihai, you can take the expressway in the direction of Nanning or Guigang. There is no beautiful scenery in Guigang, Nanning. There are Guiping Xishan in Guigang and Qingxiu Mountain in Nanning. You can stay if you want.
Beihai is not big. Accommodation depends on your preference. If you want to see the sea view, you can choose Shangri-La or furama hotel along Chating Road, but it is more expensive. There are also villas in Yintan Scenic Area, but you can also choose some hotels in Haicheng District that are not near the sea, which is relatively cheaper.
In terms of scenic spots, it is best to go to Yintan in summer after 4 pm, which is not so sunny. If you want to see the beautiful sunset on the sea, Guantouling is a good choice, and Beihai Old Street is suitable for visiting at night.
In the downtown area of Beihai, two days of sightseeing is basically enough. You can go to Weizhou Island on the third day. Weizhou Island is far away from the urban area, and the sea water is relatively clear, so it is excellent to watch the sunrise and sunset. Weizhou Island is also suggested to visit for two days, or take a boat from Beihai in the afternoon, go to Weizhou Island for more than an hour to watch the sunset, then watch the sunrise the next morning and return to Beihai in the afternoon.
